Welcome to the guest blog submission home for The Honest Whisper. Whether you are a dedicated activist, a passionate vegan, an expert in health or mental health science, or simply a storyteller with a message that aligns with our mission of resilience and justice, we want to hear from you. We are specifically looking for the bold ideas and world-changing improvements that aren’t being heard enough—the kind of insights that challenge the status quo and offer a roadmap to a more compassionate future.

We believe every “whisper” of truth has the power to grow into a roar. Once approved, your work will be featured on our blog and shared with our community of change-makers.

Please review our guidelines below before submitting your work. We look forward to seeing what you’ve grown.

What We Prioritize

We aren’t looking for generic “top 5 vegan snacks” lists. We want deep, honest, and actionable content. We prioritize:

  • The Intersection of Justice: How veganism meets feminism, or how animal rights intersect with environmentalism.
  • Boots-on-the-Ground Activism: Personal stories from protests, vigils, or community organizing in Ontario and beyond.
  • The “Honest” Struggle: Raw essays on the challenges of living ethically in a non-vegan world.
  • Evidence-Based Advocacy: Well-researched deep dives into animal law, nutritional science (if you are a professional), or social justice history.

Submission Standards

  • Originality: Your seed must be yours alone. We only accept 100% original content that hasn’t been published elsewhere.
  • Word Count: We love depth. Aim for at least 800 – 1,500 words.
  • Tone: Bold yet empathetic. Think of it as a “whisper” that carries the weight of a roar.
  • No “Fluff”: We don’t accept sponsored content or “hidden” advertisements for non-vegan brands.
